What We're Looking For

• A skilled and straightforward communicator who can bring fresh ideas to architectural and engineering functions
• A passionate leader in the construction and development industry with strong experience in the sector
• Someone who thrives working cross-functionally to achieve great outcomes while supporting and motivating their team
• A problem solver with a proactive, positive approach
• Ideally, an Engineering background
• Minimum of 8 years working for a UK developer

What You'll Need

A degree in planning or a postgraduate qualification, with eligibility for Royal Town Planning Institute membership

Strong understanding of planning issues and processes relevant to the role
